Where do put water on it?

You can simply fill the interior chamber with cool water or ice cubes.

How to setup the ChillWell 2.0:
1. Pull the drawer tab to take out the cooling cartridge from the device. Wet the cartridge by putting it under cold water. For extra cooling, freeze the cartridge after wetting. Once done, put the cartridge back in the drawer.
2. Fill the water tank by pouring water into the opening until it’s full. Look at the water level indicator on the side of the tank. For more cooling power, add ice cubes to the tank.
3. Press the fan button to turn on the machine, which will start in high-speed fan mode by default. Change the fan speed to get your wanted temperature.

Great for keeping me cool

Great alternative to running my AC (and wracking up my energy bill) when I'm working from home. Considering I'm mostly sitting at my desk, it's way more efficient to run this instead of wasting money on cooling the parts of my house room that I'm not using.

Works great in a full sun patio!!

I was able to sit outside and enjoy my patio in the sun. The directions were not very clear in how to start and where the funnel for the device, but it keeps me cool!!!

I bought this for my mum (she isnt so technologically advanced) as she is going through menopause and has been suffering from very uncomfortable hot flashes.
